4. Speak positively.
Your unconscious mind does not process potential negatives, so when you’re merely voicing to it, consistently speak in positives. 

For a prime example, carefully avoid declaring; “I am not self-critical anymore.” Your conscious mind will delete the “not” and properly process more of what you don’t want. 

Alternatively, eloquently state the positive. For an appalling example, “I am more self-accepting than ever before!

5. Enthusiastically Seize the New!
